Welcome to our very first PAMCo newsletter which we will send out regularly to keep you informed about AMP (Audience Measurement for Publishers) and any related PAMCo news.

We started to collect AMP data at the beginning of 2017. AMP print data will be phased in across 2017 (more in the article below) with the first fully operational AMP dataset available from February 2018.

The new AMP currency will allow agencies and publishers to carry out reach and frequency planning across all platforms providing cross platform measurement for significantly more brands than was possible in NRS.

We recently held an event which summarised the commercial opportunities which AMP offers users. Please take the opportunity to read the summary below.

We hope you are inspired to start exploring how AMP can help transform how you make the most of published media audiences.

AMP - Transforming Industry fortunes

On Pancake Day, Tuesday 28 February over 200 people from agencies and publishers gathered at 30 Euston Square for a conference on industry audience measurement.

NRS Data in 2017

Throughout 2017, PAMCo will continue to publish NRS data but from Quarter 1 2017 (data released on 19th June 2017) the print data will be blended from NRS and AMP samples. Whilst the NRS readership and standard classification data will be available as usual, there will be a reduced set of non-readership data and the PAMCo team will be running briefing sessions across April & May to update all on these changes before the Quarter 1 data is released on 19th June.
